"For our first time ever at the Tuscany Hotel & Casino, I will say that we will be back. The room was very large with a feeling of being at home. The bathroom also was large, and it was nice to have a hot shower with water preasure. The doormen were the best at getting us taxi's so we could get around town."

"This hotel desperately needs to work on their customer service. There was only 1 person who did her best to accommodate our needs. The front desk is run very inadequently and the response is extremely slow. It works much better as a business person's hotel as apposed to a pleasure hotel. I would not stay there again or would I recommend it."
