"Overall we had an excellent stay they only problem we had was one night while gambling at the roulette tables that elderly gentlemen who was running the roulette was very rude with us and when we tried to talk to a pit boss about it we were told to get in line we had 2 other people a head of us. It didnt look like anyone was talking to him. No one seemed concerned or cared about how we were treated. I realize that working with the public is a difficult job I do it everyday but if I treated customers the way we were treated I wouldnt have a job. Like I said most everyone was very kind and courteous other than that one night. It was the area where you were doing the 60's theme."

"Needed maintenance to the room, i.e. hairdryer hanging out of the wall. The evening buffet meal in one of the resort's restaurants was appalling - overcooked, tasteless, semi warm food, which we were a little afraid to eat heartily due to potential illness."
