"I made reservations in Oct. When I arrived I was unable to get a King bed and was sent to a smoking room (requested non-smoking) in Oct. The smoking room was dirty. I tried to phone front desk for assistance and no answer for approx. 10 min. I was then left with no choice but to carry my bags back down to the desk to wait in line once again. I was told there were no other rooms available. I then asked to speak with the Manager. I waited approx. 15 min to be helped by the Manager who instantly said Okay here is a room non-smoking and KIng bed. "We just had it open up." Apparently your staff is willing to lie and treat it's guests wihtout the hospitality you advertise as giving. I am intriqued that you allow such poor customer care and disregard our requests as simple as non-smoking. When I mentioned to the manager that I will perhaps stay somewhere else next time due to the fact that you can never guarentee a non- smoking room, even if fully paid, 3 months in advance, her reply was "That would be a good idea." Would you return to an establishment to pay them to treat you and your guest like that?"

"I was placed on second floor, from my window i see trash(1 feet below my window on the roof) Wall is 3-5 feet away from my window. Room never been cleaned(I staid 2 nights) Water in bathtub doesn't go away, all dirt remaining on the bottom. I've had really bad experience."

"We have asthma. When booking the rooms requested non-smoking. We were given smoking rooms and NOT informed at check in. When we got to our rooms, we immediately called & were told all rooms were booked, maybe change rooms next day.We explained we had asthma & needed non-smoking. Even with open windows we couldn't sleep. The next day we went to change rms & were told we should've known it was 1st come 1st get. Our confirmation sheet said nothing about that. We were confirmed for 3 non-smoking rms! We finally got 3 non-smoking rooms, with king beds. We expected some discomfort in the casino area & took necessary precautions for that. If we had known we MIGHT get a smoking room even requesting a non smoking, we would've made different arrangements. The attitude of the people we spoke to at the check-in was uncaring, bored, & hurry up & get rid of us. First impressions are very important and you didn't come off very well."
