"I was staying last year in the Orleans hotel as well. I loved everything then! I thought this would be a place where I will come every year. Unfortunately, this year when this hotel became part of Corporate chain, things are getting worse. Examples - 99 cents buffet was eliminated (now it cost more), comps that I've received easy and with compliments last year, were almost impossible to get this year - I had to beg for every coupon, although I was playing Blackjack almost 14 hours a day! Also, slot machines are so tight - it is impossible to win anything there (they were better last year). Please do not lose what made you a "People Choice" for the past 3 years in a row - do not save on "pennies", otherwise it will be just one of many hotels in Vegas.
This hotel stil have the best waitresses, dealers and personal, great two-deck Blackjack, superb food and drinks selecion. Remaining your customer, and hope that I don't have to shop around next year ... Aleksander Artemov."

"I was disappointed that there wasn't any Diet Coke in the Hotel. Also when I had a problem with my key not working, the gal at the front desk reprogrammed my key at midnight without asking for my name or identification. I was concerned with my safety. They checked cards before they let you get on the elevator but if anyone can get a card at the front desk for any room they want then what is the sense in security at the elevators? Just a thought. I also thought maybe you need two shuttle destinations on the strip."

"This was my first stay in Las Vegas and I felt the hotel could have been a little better in some areas. I did like the free shuttle to the strip and that would make me think about staying there again. The rates were reasonable for the area you are located. It would be convenient to have a free shuttle to and from the airport, but I understand that no other hotels do that."

"The Orleans Hotel and Casino is very clean and neat. The hotel management is friendly and courteous. It is a great place to go if you have young kids because the hotel has a movie theater with 10 screens, a bowling alley, and an arcade. This has been my 3rd time at this hotel and I would not think of staying at another hotel."
