"The staff was the best! They were extremely friendly and helpful and everyone smiled. The price was a bit much, but other than that, I was extremely pleased and would stay there agian."

"This hotel needs a renovation. The rooms are small and the bathroom and shower are very basic. The tile had some stains on it, that looked kind of gross. The room looks like it's from the 70's. The customer service at the hotel was poor. The staff person only charged our keys for one night. We were locked out of the hotel and our room until we went to the front desk to have them recharge our keys. We stayed two nights at this hotel and our keys lasted one day. They are not enthuastic and have no desire to help you like one of the major hotels in Las Vegas. If you need to stay by the airport, this hotel is right by the entrance. The courtesy van that goes to the MGM, Hard Rock Hotel and the Las Vegas Convention Center was probably the best thing about our stay. If you want to pay cheap, then you will get cheap service and amentities at this hotel."
