"The hotel could not provide double queen beds as I reserved. Instead, they put a roll-away bed in the relatively small room. Very uncomfortable and feels messy.
The agents in the registration were unable to find my reservation but confused with another customer first and later give me a room with roll-away bed without letting me know before I entered it."

"The hotel room was very nice and we enjoyed the stay very much. The only complaints we had was that we had to drag the luggages from the parking lot via desert passage to the hotel lobby and the sign wasn't clear. We were tired by the time we finally found the check-in counter. Also it wasn't clear if we could walk to the Strip from the hotel lobby level and we didn only to find it wasn't the right way out. Being non-native English speakers we might have faced extra difficulty, but nearly half of the tourists are non-native English speakers. So please reconsider this. Thank you."
